Mental Health/Emotional Support

You Are Not Alone

We are living in unprecedented times here in 2020. From Shelter-in-place, to wearing masks, losses in social contact and interaction, and isolation are all things to which we have endured. With that being said you should know that you are not alone. There are many other students out there much like you that are suffering, but that doesn't mean you have to suffer alone. There are mental health services, organizations, and resources available now even in the time of COVID-19. When we do return to regular sessions in person and to a sense of "normalcy" on campus there are also clubs in which you can participate and be a part of that help aid with mental health, wellness, and mindfulness
